Syarat & Ketentuan Check-in

  • Waktu check-in standar dimulai pukul 14.00 WIB. Waktu check-out standar adalah pukul 11.00 WIB.
  • Permintaan check-in lebih awal dan check-out lebih lambat tergantung pada ketersediaan dan dapat dikenakan biaya tambahan.
  • Tamu wajib menunjukkan identitas resmi berfoto yang masih berlaku (KTP/Paspor) saat check-in.
  • Pembayaran penuh atas masa menginap harus diselesaikan sebelum atau pada saat check-in, kecuali telah disepakati lain secara tertulis.
  • Segala biaya tambahan selama masa menginap wajib diselesaikan sebelum check-out.
  • Tamu wajib mematuhi batas maksimum kapasitas hunian sesuai kategori kamar.
    Setiap tamu tambahan harus diinformasikan sebelum kedatangan ke Resort dan akan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp 600.000/orang.
    Apabila tamu tidak memberitahukan adanya tamu tambahan, maka akan dikenakan biaya sebesar Rp 900.000/orang.
    Pihak yang tidak terdaftar tidak diperkenankan menginap di kamar.
  • Tamu bertanggung jawab secara finansial atas kehilangan, kerusakan, atau kebutuhan pembersihan berlebih akibat penyalahgunaan properti Resort.
    Biaya akan dikenakan sesuai kebijakan Resort dan harus dibayarkan segera setelah pemberitahuan.
    Resort berhak membebankan biaya kepada metode pembayaran tamu atas kerusakan yang ditemukan setelah keberangkatan.
  • Layanan makan di kamar harus dilakukan dengan cara yang bersih dan layak.
    Biaya pembersihan akan dikenakan apabila kamar ditinggalkan dalam kondisi sangat kotor, termasuk adanya sisa makanan di lantai, tempat tidur, atau furnitur.
    Biaya pembersihan sebesar Rp 1.000.000 akan dikenakan.
  • Merokok dilarang di seluruh kamar.
    Pelanggaran akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp 1.000.000.
  • Tamu wajib mematuhi seluruh kebijakan keselamatan Resort dan peraturan setempat.
    Resort tidak bertanggung jawab atas cedera, sakit, atau kecelakaan yang terjadi akibat kelalaian tamu atau penyalahgunaan fasilitas.
    Jaket pelampung wajib digunakan saat menggunakan kayak.
  • Tamu bertanggung jawab atas barang pribadi mereka setiap saat.
    Resort tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan, pencurian, atau kerusakan barang pribadi, kecuali diwajibkan oleh hukum yang berlaku.
  • Resort tidak bertanggung jawab atas kegagalan memenuhi kewajiban akibat kejadian di luar kendali, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada bencana alam, kondisi cuaca, tindakan pemerintah, atau gangguan transportasi.
  • Resort berhak mengubah Syarat & Ketentuan ini sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
  • Versi terbaru akan selalu berlaku dan tersedia atas permintaan.
  • Syarat & Ketentuan ini diatur dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa akan menjadi yurisdiksi eksklusif pengadilan Indonesia.
  • Dengan melakukan check-in, tamu menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui seluruh Syarat & Ketentuan ini.
  • Kami berharap Anda menikmati masa menginap di Suak Sumatera Resort. Jika ada yang dapat kami bantu, silakan untuk menghubungi kami.
  • Jumlah tamu maksimal di Deluxe Rooom adalah 4 dewasa + 2 anak-anak.
  • Jumlah tamu maksimal di Family Room adalah 6 dewasa + 2 anak-anak.

CHECK-IN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Standard check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID or passport upon check-in.
  • Full payment of the stay must be settled prior to or upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any outstanding charges incurred during the stay must be settled prior to check-out.
  • Guests must adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limits per room category.
    Any additional guests must be declared prior to arrival at the Resort and are subject to additional charges of Rp 600.000/person.
    If a guest has not notified the Resort about additional guests, they are subject to an additional payment of Rp 900.000/person.
    Unauthorized persons are not permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms.
  • Guests are financially responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse of Resort property.
    Charges will be applied at the Resort’s discretion and must be settled immediately upon notification.
    The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s provided payment method for damages identified after departure.
  • In-room dining must be consumed in a clean and appropriate manner.
    A cleaning fee will be applied where rooms are left in an excessively unclean condition, including Food waste on floors, bedding or furnishings.
    This will incur in a Rp.1.000.000 cleaning fee
  • Smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms, an additional fee of Rp.1.000.000 will be charged.
  • Guests must comply with all Resort safety policies and local regulations.
  • The Resort is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident resulting from guest negligence or misuse of facilities.
    Life Jackets must be worn when using Kayaks.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
  • The Resort shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items, except where required by applicable law.
  • The Resort shall not be liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
  • The Resort reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The latest version will always apply and be made available upon request.
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
  • By checking in, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
